Georgetown gets no respect from it's mother city, as the bumper sticker indicates. It is an industrial neighborhood converted to artist lofts, brew pubs, tattoo parlors and other "undesirables". The weekly paper put together Artopia to honor the weirdness ;'). Power tool races http://hazardfactory.org/toolrace.html were bizzarre!
