Tonaquint Nature Center, St George

Just out for a stroll and a cache during my stay in town, and I stumbled upon this park. Development has surrounded a few acre plot that is designated as a nature center. I figure that the wildlife has been squeezed into this little patch.
Amazing what all is in here. Finally got a decent look at (and pics) of Gambel quail, and in addition to a massive population of wabbits, ducks and assorted other wildlife, the pond is habitat to a muskrat. It acted oblivious to humans as it went about business, including some patchwork on its shoreside nest.
Oops. Got a Zion pic in there by mistake. Still have not figured how to delete wayward photos, so, NO, that peak is NOT in St George :)
